...I'm going to ask this here but if anyone has any input I value your assistance.
I'm looking at gettting a 9mm mostly for practice before I go after a career in the justice system but the selection at Canadian stores seems a bit limited. Is there a reason for that ie is it our nanny state not allowing sales in Canada or is just that the market can't support a wide variety. Is legal importation possible or even permitted I guess is what I'm asking. I've checked the regs and there is no mention of if it's legal to import from online sources. The process itself seems simple enough to get it over the border if the online thing is too much of a pain I might just go to the US and get one. That should be fun lol.
And before anyone gets all high and mighty on me I'm legal to possess and acquire restricted and non restricted firearms by virtue of a valid PAL so calm down and relax. I'm military and fully intend to keep this on the books so to speak. It might be a pain in the ass but it's the only way to go nowadays. The risk just isn't worth the gamble, not that it ever was. So anyone that might help shed some light on this for me I thank you in advance.
