A few months ago I purchased a bike from Orca Bay Suzuki. During the purchase I requested a few things to be done on the bike like frame sliders installed, tank pad protectors,.....etc. It was then my understanding that they would take care of it and I wouldn't have to worry about it. I then received a call from them advising me that the bike was ready for pickup and everything was installed on the bike. All I had to do was go pick it up. When I got to the dealer and asked for the bike, they said I had a remaining balance to pay out before they can release the bike. So I told them to check into it because it was agreed upon between me and the sale agent that he'd throw all those in. The person that I dealt with happened to be on vacation that day and couldn't verify that matter at that time. I was waiting there for about an hour before someone came and told me to just go and everything was taken care of. Today I just received a call from them and told me that I have a balance to pay and it was for the stuff that was installed on the bike. I was a little furious and upset about it. I told them the whole story AGAIN and they said that nothing was agreed. Had no choice but to pay it out with a gift card that was given to me (to avoid any collections or credit issues). How do you guys feel about this?
