    GoPro customer service

    Had nothing but good experiences with them:

    • bought mine May 27
    • video worked flawlessly, still pictures though had a small worm at top right of pic
    • emailed GoPro off their website, they returned email within 24h, asked for pictures, ser#, copy of invoice / receipt
    • emailed them again with above info, again, reply within 24h asking me to return unit
    • mailed unit away, 1 week later, new unit in my mailbox, Dalton happy

      And recently:
    • clip broke and camera within case fell off bike and bounced around Granville St. Bridge for a bit before being run over by a Saturn
    • case is scratched, camera is fine
    • contacted GoPro again, again 24h reply time
    • emailed photos of broken clip, ser# etc.
    • 24h reply from GoPro: they're mailing new clips and a new case, no need to mail back broken parts (I can still salvage the back cover, hinges, fish eye lense somehow survived too so that's a spare I can use), Dalton happy

    They are amazing , we returned 2 cameras just the camera. They sent back a full Hero kit
