deal about how many people they had stopped at roadblocks in their new fall program, and just
how many they had suspended and impounded.

What the article should be titled is, "VPD wants more members".
He's also a little confused about the judge and jury concept saying that the criminal justice
system should be responsible. These are not criminal matters.. it's a Provincial Act.
Were they complaining before about issuing 24 hour roadside suspensions in which they were
judge jury and executioner at the roadside? NO. You had no right to recourse on that either.
