    Started in our hood in the 60's with steel wheel rollerskates screwed to a board and slaloming down Delbrook, Montroyal and Lonsdale.
    Danny Kerr was King! Bare-footing a steel wheeled board! His toes were always covered in scabs! A wonder he has any toes left!

    I assume that was Montreal. It's amazing how much more cosmopolitan 1960's Montreal is compared to the Calgary of my 1980's youth.
