Just looking at swapping out for some bling on my bike.

Is a race chain overkill? Thruxton

Looking at a D.I.D 525ERV Gold Racing Chain, deal on for $60

I'm assuming you meant to say race and not rain?

Overkill is a relative term.

Unless you're going to race, anything that is "race" specific can be considered overkill.

However, you can't really go wrong with getting an ERV chain for $60. Actually getting any D.I.D chain for $60 is a good deal.

That all being said, my rule is, if I want it I get it ;)

tell me where to get that deal? Do they have 520 as well???? I'll get 4 of them too!

It's one of those one off deals, some dude built a triumph for racing, and never got it happened, so all the bits are still in boxes. I'll ask if he's got some more.

that's a killer price.

A chain like that for that price is not overkill. its buy it right now.

Us retail on that chain in my catalog is 286.95 usd

If you have more I will buy 4 right now.
