front wheel removal with canadian tire stands?

any problem with loosening the front axle pinch bolts while on the canadian tire type front wheel stand (the kind with pins that go up into the bottom of the front forks)?

Why not loosen, then put up on the stand? Axle pinch bolts, axle bolts, brake calipers, they can all be tightened or loosened on the ground safer than any stand.
