Heading eastbound on broadway, stopped at the granville intersection, and i just caught a glimpse of a rider turning right.. a few moments later, a pedestrian steps out front of him and flails his arms, as if to spook the rider DURING his right turn. thankfully, the rider didn't resort to a hand-full of brakes; he just wobbled a bit and continued on. if this was any less of a rider, he would've been down.
i wonder how difficult it would be to not beat down this pedestrian in broad daylight in front of everyone, given this actually makes someone drop their bike. by the way, the pedestrian should have known better, as he roughly 25-30 years old. at that age, most men hold a pretty civil maturity level.
in contrast, as a rider, we should be immune to distractions around us (eg, scantily dressed women, hooters being flashed, beavers being flashed, fully clothed women, etc), but this guy literally tried to scare the rider into falling down
bike looked blue and white, probably a suzuki.. couldve been a gs500f. are you on here?
