"I dread beyond all else the growth of the petty tyranny of restrictive legislation, the transference of disciplinary authority from the judiciary to the constabulary, the abandonment of every constitutional safeguard of individual liberty."
When the fuck did governments and authority conflate motorcycling with safety ... ?
very cool. I would love to build a Cafe racer. Maybe one day when I have my own shop. *dreams*
This is a good video.
That sound of the bike he's riding at around the two minute mark is such a part of my childhood it gave me shivers. My dad had a 1977 cb750 and I had rides on the back many times.
Great video. Old school hot rodding at its best.
Sounds just like me dad and uncles when they were in their teens. A few bucks, a few extra parts, and a whole lot of hours later, they would build crude, but fast, street machines, just because they loved it.
screw it, I'm leaving
My wife looked at this and said "that's you", although she just had to add "10 years ago". :-(

I really enjoyed this. My Dad is in the process of restoring an 83? honda 750 four.
Just gave me a whole new perspective to motorcycling. Super Cool.
Been looking for a cb750four for a few years now.
About 9 years maybe more a buddy of mine left vancouver and said he was going to give me his cb750 four rat bike...
He never did i so wished he did i had plans for it
In the quiet words of the Virgin Mary... come again?

Cool vid. Reminded me of another Honda cafe project I saw recently in Motorcycle Mojo. A guy re-cycled (sorry) a CX 500 that was left behind the garage for 9 years into a pretty cool bike.
