Need to clarify something.
A few weeks ago Chia, CDG, a few others and me encountered the Duffey Lake Douche Bag at the south end of the Duffey while riding and minding our own business. I was on a cruiser. Since then I've spoken to a few people on here, received a PM and seen a couple of references to the now infamous DLDB.
For the record, the DLDB was aboard a KTM 950 Super Enduro. For those who don't know, it's a wicked dualsport bike, but unfortunately too heavy for anything offroad beyond eating up forest/logging roads with total impunity (there are likely many offroad riders out there beyond my capabilities who would disagree).
Anyhow, my point.
Coincidentally I ride a 2009 KTM 950 SuperEnduro exactly like the DLDB's. The bike was made or imported to North America from 2007 to 2009 only as far I know (?). I might occasionally be riding it on the Duffey this season, basically when the rear tire is or is near being cooked (doesn't take long, this thing absolutely devours rears).
So if you see what looks like the DLDB on the Duffey, it might be me so don't get your panties all in a knot. The bike is somewhat rare-ish, but the most obvious giveaway will be that I ride really slow and can't pass much except maybe a bit of gas the morning after consuming a large burrito combo dinner.
