Found a 12in. nail in my tire and had to get them changed. I phoned a few local shops/dealerships and ended up with my friend's recommendation to see Ted at EMS. Not only did EMS have the lowest price that couldn't be matched by the others, I was literally entertained the entire time Ted took to change them out.
As some of you guys are aware, Ted had to move his shop to the other side of the complex due to the problem that the old shop got too small (the "good" kind of problem that Ted likes to say). His new shop now has a section for customers to sit/lounge with front row seating to Ted working his magic lol. This was my first tire change so having the ability to see everything up close was awesome, something the other shops don't allow.
I loved the personalized and quick service - something I think is missing in the other shops. So much so that I felt the need to write this appreciation and maybe help others on this forum looking for a trustworthy, quick, and inexpensive shop for their bike. Ted, if you're reading this, thanks!
