I love when people say "that's too funny" while not giving off the slightest hint of laughter.
"Yamaha" - it's Japanese for "fuck your sports car."
What is really "too funny" is he was about 50 feet shy of the dirt trail between the barriers.
What's really funny is that it seems no one stopped to help the poor guy/gal!
My brain is the same shape as my hat!
What the fuck happened? Did he accidentally fall into the ditch or he tried to go through it and onto the other road across?

Yup, pretty douchy move to be rolling along and filming someone. NOt only that, but filming a fellow rider with issues. Whether those issues were self inflicted or not, doesn't matter. Reminds me of when I was broken down in the HOV lane a few weeks back at rush hour. Must have been 50 motorcycles roll by me, not a single one stopped to see if I needed assistance. Most of the sportbike douches all nodded and waved like I had intentionally parked my bike half hanging into the freeway. Pretty sad.
If I had seen that rider, I would have stopped to ask if help was needed. I've been helped, and I've helped others, it's good Karma.
Back in BC, yay!!!

This was my bike, about 2 weeks ago. Westbound highway 1 at 4:30pm between Willingdon and Canada Way. She just shut off while I was rolling along at 110km/h or so. Dense traffic on my right, forced me to pull over to the left. I sat there for well over an hour before anyone stopped to aid. And that was only after a friend called the freeway service truck. It was a lovely sunny afternoon, and AT LEAST 50 bikes rolled by me. Some of the older guys gave me the hand signal for "everything ok?" but when I gave the thumbs down in return, they didn't even bother to stop. And yes, it was a bad spot, but about 100 metres up the road was a nice big pullout. If it were me, I would have pulled over and walked back to check. Not a single person stopped. Amazing.
