after my crash/bang last year and all the shit that happened after that one really good thing happened. the kinesiologist that has been working with me since last febuary
has become a very good friend and has been very interested in motorcycling after listening to me talking about it endlessly. he has been helping me working on my bikes
over the past 3-4 months now and really enjoys getting his hands dirty with suzuki grease. I put him on the gsxr a while ago and had him riding it around a big parking lot to get used to throttle and clutch control which he mastered in about 2 minutes and everything else came easily to him. this man is an absolute natural to this. so he got his learners last week and today was lesson #1 on the street this time.
i'm on the tlr he is on the gsxr and off we go on his 'first' ride from central bby to sfu
barnet hiway, port moody snake hill to north road next winston back to the house.
when we got back to the house his smile was so big he couldn't get the helmet off.
i had to tell him a realy bad and tasteless joke to temperarilly remove the grin so he could remove the lid. he has found an old 82 suzuki 550 katana that is still viable and complete but in need of tlc this will make an ideal first bike for him.
fellow bcsb members i proudly introduce Tommy
to bcsb. i am pretty sure he will be using the name TOMKAT
