Thanks good read. I am seriously considering the Honda CB1000R. So far I have ridden almost all the nakeds and am leaning to the Street Triple/R. I have yet to ride the honda but am keen to get on one.

Has anybody ridden or own one? Do any lower mainland Honda dealers have any on the floor?

I'm more looking forward to this:

replace the mirrors with bar ends, lower the handlebars, maybe even clipon risers.

I'm pretty sure Honda Center in Burnaby has a CB1000R on the show floor. At least they did ~3 months ago when I was picking brake pads up there. Nice looking bike.

Actually Joe, in the Brit mags I've been reading, they prefer the V2 Tuono over the V4........just saying.

Cheers I may swing by after work and see if they still have it.

Love the look of that CB1000F...Doubt we will ever see it on this continent.
