i was telling someone about our cali trip the other day and how i felt i was a better rider by the end of which got me to thinking about what had improved and more importantly what i still want to work on.
so i'm wondering what everone else feels are 3 things they want to work on or improve that would make the biggest difference in their riding?
right now i think my top 3 things are:
1. staying light on the bars - i still find at times i'm holding on too tight and this is makeing a big difference in my cornering ability, especially if i need to make corrections in corners that tighten up.
2. keeping my eyes up and looking thru the corner - this makes such a big difference in picking the right line before you get to where you want to go.
3. more body positioning - i've gotten to really like hanging off the bike, but don't always do it. i think that part of it is related to hanging on too tiht sometimes and other times just not being aggressive enough. does it make sense to over-use body lean/positioning sometimes just to get in the habit of doing it all the time so it feels natural?
