So ill start from the beginning. I had a rat eat some wires in my 2010 chrysler 300c and had Icbc tow my car into there inspection centre. After inspection, they then towed my car to my chrysler dealer for repair. Was phoned by my dealer the repair was done so upon picking it up today before I got in, I noticed my driver side rocker panel was completely ripped off and missing and the driver side wheel well was cracked and theirs a plastic panel hanging off under my car. So I phoned ICBC and I was told that the pics they have of my car shows everything was fine when it was at there shop . So from icbc to my dealer something happened. Any advice on what to do other than open another claim. I don't feel I should pay deductible because the car was not in my care and I did not choose the towing company. That being said Chrysler is not off the hook either because they took it for a test drive as stated on paper to make sure it was running properly after the 1st claim fix. Any advice and help would be appreciated, Thanks!
P.S I pay for loss of use coverage and when I phoned ICBC they told me they would not give me a rental, that I should tie the panels up and drive the car the way it is.
