Other than physically on you, where can you stash them on a harley? Is there storage under the seat? Not that an excuse would ever fly, but is there any storage on a harley similar to sport bike tails?
You are allowed to carry a photocopy of the original insurance papers instead of the originals. I have mine shrunk to 2 times the size of my drivers license. Fold the insurance papers and place in wallet. It is all you are required to carry on you. You must be able to produce the originals at a later date if asked to. (I wouldn't recommend getting the photocopy made then misplacing the originals)
I just fold my papers and stuff them in the inside pocket of my jacket. Not hard.

Yup. As I said, a copy. I get a micro-photocopy done by the insurance agent and stick it in my wallet so I always have it.
Not practical if you have more than one jacket.

Jesus.....you know on a photocopier, they have these buttons with numbers on them. Dunno if you know this, but you can actually make more than ONE copy. Yeah, who knew. I have 5 jackets, I made one for each, then I made another and taped it up under my solo cover. Not that I ever had to produce it, but technically, it was there.
