If you can't enter a proper US zip code that's associated with your credit card, you can go inside and pay with the same card, or another payment method. It's just a security thing.

What if I call VISA and add a US address to my card (ex. the shipping depot I use in Point Roberts), and then use that zip code when paying for gas? Should work... in theory.

Doesn't work that way They add the US-addy to another screen that is used for telephone authorizations. Most automated address verification services fail still.
