Really interested in stunt bikes

Hello everybody!I am new to the bike scene and i fell love with stunt bikes especially after watching this video on youtube: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PonKeBVyABI The ones with the front faceplate removed, cages and dented gas tanks, etc. Does anyone know if having the front faceplate removed would be street legal, similiar to the ones in the video? Really appreciate any feedback thanks!Stan
