I've had type 2 diabetes for over 12 years and have always had a pretty good handle on it.
Keep active, don't smoke cigarettes, hardly drink and a pretty good diet.
But just been harder to manage my blood sugar #'s, pretty sure that my pancreas is just not up to snuff anymore and the meds I take are not doing what they used to.
So my question, any other type 2 diabetic here on insulin? What's your experience, any issues because of the insulin? Has it been easier to manage? My doctor and diabetes care giver think it's the way to go but I was curious about incretin therapy any one here trying it?
If so is it working and are you using orals or injectables?
How are the side effects ICBC the incretin therapy?
Thanks in advance
