Hey, so, here goes...I have seen a few other posts like this, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I am looking for a job, and hoping someone here can help, or point me in a direction I hadn't thought of. I am looking for an entry level position, leading to an apprenticeship as a heavy duty mechanic. I am six weeks from graduation from VCC's foundations (ELTT) program, and currently have a GPA of over 4.00. I have done work experience at a local dealership, and learned a lot, and saw a wide variety of equipment. I have limited experience with Cat, Volvo, TigerCat, Link Belt, and Case, as well as Catepillar SIS. I am mature, and am looking forward to making a career of this, not just in it for the bucks. If anyone knows of any jobs, leads, or someones third cousin knew a guy once who worked at some place...let me know! I'm trying to stay local for family reasons, but when push comes to shove, I'll go where I need to in order to succeed. Thanks guys!
