Just having discussion with the fam the last day or two about Thanksgiving dinner this weekend. I'm usually the one pinned with the task of cooking the bird, and the double paper bag soaked in olive oil-bake in the oven method has proved true in keeping the bird SUPER moist and tasty. Not sure how many of you take this responsibility on over the holidays, but curious to find out anyone else's tried and true turkey-cooking methods.
Fryer? I'm told this is one of the tastiest ways to do a bird, but I'd like to avoid frying it if possible lol. We're going to be pushing a 20lb turkey this year as my niece is getting Baptized the same weekend and we'll be having some extra company over for that.
And stuffing, anyone have any recipes to share for stuffing?
