I just want to let out some steam...
PLEASE feel free to let me know what you think and what I should do...
Here's my story........
On Thursday November 08,2012 at 16:00.
I walked into "Ngoc and Nga beauty Salon" (At 2110 Kingsway)to get a haircut
because they also provide that service there. While I sat there and wait because they
were busy dealing with clients. The place was full with customers and the whole salon
was full of this thick smoke/fog like cloud hovering everywhere and all the store's
glass window was all fogged-up. I could barely breathe because of all the chemicals
that they use to color/perm the lady customers hair (in-progress). The horrible smell
came from that thick hazy smoke that's hovering around the whole salon (NO
Anyways...I sat there till 16:25 and I've noticed that one of the service chairs was
available because there was a guy who'd just finished getting his haircut (and I
assumed that I would be next because I am the only one waiting at waiting area). At
16:28 the guy had paid for his haircut and left. Then out of the blue...a lady
just walked in the door at 16:30 and said that she wants her hair colored and a perm.
So one the (non-occupied) hairstylist told the lady that just walked-in to sit down on
the empty chair and began to color her hair. At this point...I was shocked but I let it
slide to see what happens next.
For the next 25 minutes...NOTHING "happens next"
It is now 16:55 and I've been waiting for 55 MINUTES and I DIDN'T even get a single
employee to acknowledge that I am even there at the waiting area trying to get a
These people only care about how much money they can make...because a haircut is
cheaper than a hair colored and perm. At this point...I feeling a little dizzy and a
headache from that terrible smell (NO VENTILATION) and the royal treatment from this
salon's customer service ethics, so I put on my jacket and left.
On my way out...they just stared at me with an attitude like...YEAH LEAVE...WE HAVE
MORE CUSTOMERS THAT SPENDS MORE MONEY ON US THAN YOU...WE DON'T NEED
