Winter love thread. What's getting done to your bike? New gear too?

Time to talk a little more positive here.

What are you going to lavish your bike with this winter?

Mines' getting a valve check, speedohealer, chain and sprockets and a rear tire. Pretty standard stuff haha.

For gear I was going to get some new kevlar jeans with armour, new gloves and a new jacket.

    Post up bishes.

Want to buy some Heroic gloves, Sartso jeans and some knee guards. However brands could change depending on what I see at the bike shows in Seattle and Abby.
Any shift workers out there wanna ride during the week PM me.

Trying to find some foot protection that is comfortable to wear off the bike. Tired of carrying a 2nd pair of shoes on weekend trips. My boots are too warm and clash with my shorts =p.

I need more room in the shop!
Complete tear down and rebuild on 1976 CJ 360T from a regular old bike to a cafe racer, mods to that bike will be a Aluminum cafe tank, seat pan and tail, and all the other things like tires, brakes, cables and a whole new wiring harness, plus paint...etc.

The Gixxer getting a new front tire and an oil change and filter cleaning.
CBR race bike is going to get extended storage service.
And hopefully I can find another set of leathers in my price range, and was thinking another helmet would be
At about this time I'm thinking I should be sitting on Santa's

This is my CRF150R, a kids motocross bike, but perfect size for me, lol. Due to it being set up for a smaller rider (weight wise), it's suspension will be upgraded. The list of things to do to it:

    - heavy duty front fork springs
    - heavy duty rear shock spring
    - re-jetting for better throttle response (larger main and slow pilot)
    - accelerator pump mod for better off-idle response
    - adjustable fuel ratio screw
    - FMF Q4 slip-on muffler (so the neighbors don't hate me, lol)

The newly-purchased lift table will prove very handy for working on it, and I'm looking forward to getting more familiar with this little bike.
