I dont usually do this, cause it seems i'm braggin about my shopping habits BUT!
in this case, I believe they deserve the POST!
I shop for car parts from time to time, both for dad and family and I find a lot of aftermarket items are just not available in Canada! which is a real bummer
considering the prices for OEM stuff through the local dealers... no big deal, its expected!
anyway... I ordered an item for my cager in early December, clearly its been way over a month! due to xmas holidays and my injured hand acting up I was unable to install the item until last week...
it was a real pain to get the whole thing even into the damn door, and to my disatisfaction, damn thing doesnt work!! tested back to back with other units and nothing... so of course i'm like, ohh geez i' guess i'll just bite the bullet..
as it turns out I was able to get the OEM part at Cost from a friend, so here i go to try n' return the bunk unit!!...
they have a chat service now.!! open after hours!! the whole thing took less than 5 minutes, got return shipping taken care of, no questions asked other than "so it was dead as soon as you got it right!!" hahahhaha... why yes of course,... i'd already mentioned we had not tried installation till last week.!!
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! whats hot! is now i get offers via email for 20% off or more on future purchases!! cost me 2.50 to pick the original item up at the border... I will def. do business with them again!!
