In my ongoing quest of purchasing gear I have a question about leather pants. I have a teknic violator jacket and will be buying pants to make a 2 piece out of it. Question is about perforation. I plan on riding during spring, summer, fall, as long as weather is nice (yes yes I know) Reading on jackets everyone says go with perf, which is what I did, but does this go for riding pants as well.
There are 2 different models I could get for this jacket. One is perforated and other is not. Only reason i am questioning perf model is because it is made of goat skin, while non perf is made of cowhide (everything else is same between the 2 models). Reading reviews, several people said that goat skin pants disintegrated in a slide, which made me question which ones I should get.
