Now that the shakedown runs are complete and the bike runs fine, it's time to rip and tear on the VF/R.
First thing is overspray. At some point the bike was parked near someone spray painting something Department of Highways yellow that has drifted onto various surfaces. The metal Comstars, the plastic binnacle around the instruments and a few other places have received a dusting.
Since the bike sat for 7 years, you can count on it being at least that old. Now what is the best way to remove this without damaging the underlying surfaces?
Any tips welcome.
