Today, whilst squaring up my monthly bills I finally received an invoice from the kind folks over in MSP-Land. The last time they sent me an invoice was January, which I paid promptly, as I always do.... since then, 5 months have past and I haven't seen an MSP invoice until today. Not surprisingly, it had an angry tone along the lines of " Your account is seriously overdue etc "... Am I wrong to operate under the method of: You send me and invoice, I pay it. NOT, I send you money randomly, and you send me nothing? This is not the first time they have done this.
Has anyone else had similar MSP billing issues? I find it incredibly annoying.
