And it's a new 999..... how sad for that bike.... saddled with an owner like that.

A backyard mechanic without a service manual is just like a hooker without a lamp pole.... they are both in the dark.

Heheh, poor bastard.....and its all on "REAL TV"

There *might* have not been any damage done to the bike.
I did almost the same thing last year (lost my footing) on my VTR and I held on to the bars when it went down, probably just as slow as that 999. No damage done. Still felt like a dumass though.

Oh and I did take the BCSC course.......

I am against the comment "this is what happens when you dont take a course" because this could happen to someone who did take a course and not happen to someone that didn't....l never took a course and about a week and a half into casual practicing on small streets, i was riding by this guy's house and he had a FZ750 Fazer for sale(Fazer- naked somewhat cruiser like version of the FZ750) and he offered me to ride it around the block and i returned it just fine without ever coming close to dumping it. the asshead move in the video is a sign of mental retardation and/or lack of any clutch/throttle control skill
