Tried researching this issue up but haven't seen anything quite similar to mine. So, I'm hoping that one of you might have experience this in the past or know what might be causing it.
My right handlebar vibrates at a very high frequency (going up and down). It is very noticeable at highway speed (100km/h + on smooth surface). When going slow it's not noticeable. When I touch the brake lever it's like touching a vibrator LOL. It's very fast and my hand would go numb. I do not death grip the handlebars so that isn't the issue. Also it is only on the right side, the left side is normal which would rule out wheel balancing factor (I think). After getting the suspension set up recently, I started noticing that the right side rear set (stock) vibrates more than the left too. I think this is just due to the fact that I'm more aware of it now and not due to the set up.
I have read it could be due to a throttle body not syncing (not sure what that even means)???
Bike: 2008 R6
KM: 19,xxx kms
No accident but dropped twice on the right side at a stand still - no damage that I can see
Brand new tires
Oil changed ...
(sounds like an ad and no it's not for sale )
I originally thought it was something to do with the suspension set up but after leaving RMR, the problem still persists.
What really puzzles me is why is it only on one side of the bike.
Really would like to get this figure out so that my hand doesn't fall asleep.
Any suggestions would be great!
