Sooke ,Boyd's pit,Blueberry flats
Just wondering if anyone has ridden this area and what it might be like this time of year.
I was thinking of going to visit some family over that way and am considering taking my dirtbike to check out this area.
On a related note can someone tell me how much extra it costs to take a bike trailer on the Ferry?
I was also think of taking my drz400sm and riding out to Port Renfrew or maybe up to Lake Cowichan and back, but I am not sure what the roads will be like this time of year?

Boyd's pit and tansky both have active logging during the week. Tansky could very well have a bit of snow ,but most trails are covered by trees .
Behind serious coffee on the Malahat is another great area as well.
Renfrew to cowichan will likely have icy sections with the temps we have had lately
My rubicon and trailer was 120 last I crossed if I remember right
