Kawasaki's Tommy Hayden won his third straight Superstock final today, this one coming after a heated battle with Hooter's Suzuki's Vincent Haskovec at Infineon Raceway in Northern California.
While Haskovec was able to keep Hayden honest early, the Kawasaki rider eventually wore him down, taking his third straight victory in the class by 2.7 seconds after 17 laps of Infineon Raceway.
Third place went to Corona Extra Suzuki's Adam Fergusson, the Australian rider closing in at one point only to fall off the pace for a lonely third place. Yamaha's Jason DiSalvo got the better of a battle with Corona's Jimmy Moore and Attack Suzuki's Josh Hayes to finish fourth.
