    my lights are fluctuating

When I first start up my bike my headlight isn’t so bright, but it gets a little brighter as the bike is warm, but even after being warm, when the RPMs get higher, the light gets brighter, not only for the headlight tho, all lights on my bikes, including instrument panel and brake lights. Is this normal? Or is my regulator done? or do i just need to fully charge the battery....

Or the rectifier could be blown.
Measure the voltage as you rev the engine. Anything above 15v is a big problem.
