The manual for my bike states to use molybdenum disulphide grease when replacing the countershaft sprocket. I do not own a grease gun, and could not find any tubs of this at the local stores (canadian tire, lordco). Would wheel bearing grease not do the same job? from what I've read, the most important reason for the grease is to prevent rust/bonding over time. Otherwise, does anybody know where to find tubs of moly grease around surrey/langley?
Just tryin to save 20 bucks ha. I'll buy a gun if its going to make a difference
