For those of you who weren't at the track this weekend this is what you missed in no particular order. Spero Benias on fire and not just because his sponsor Modern Motorcyling's Aaron and Murray Nieble were on hand, James Nadolny showing us torque is good, Jeff Pinkster riding like an Isle of Man racer instead of a novice, Dean Drolet with the save of the half century coming out of turn two, two strokes, four strokes, Mark Kruger was worth the price of admission alone as he used a borrowed Kawasaki Ninja 250 and rode it like it had studded tires as he too went beyond traction limits/braking limits to show us all a 250 has the minerals to be an exciting race bike, Paul Ludwig kicked A as the roving raving reporter on the track, our female racers showing us to be smooth so congrats to Neda Hamizedah and Kristina Cottrell, Rob Schoemeyer proving BMW's can take a hit, and countless other great racing moments/battles over the two days. Lots of positives to take away from weekend so don't miss the September 27/28 double header, you've got time to plan to either race/volunteer/cornerwork so no excuses, see you all there.
And a special thanks to Bernie Ryan for the track walk at lunch and the efforts he's put forth over the years for not just WMRC but Children's Hospital.
WMRC, how many years have we provided top drawer racing for fans and racers alike?
