So the day started by dropping the wife off at the airport just after noon to catch her flight to Saskatewan to visit family. Then the fun began, I got home to get on my bike, already packed up for a couple days away. So I started in Kamloops and went to Logan Lake then down the Tunkwa Lake road to Merrit, from there down the connector and turned off towards Princeton. I had never been this way before, what a great ride. Then down the Old Hedley Road on way way to end up in Oliver at my parents place for the night. Great weather, very little traffic, no gravel, and no popo ...... Great day. Now I know, I haven't been out that much. Only lived down here for 3yrs so far and only one of those with a bike. But that was one of the best rides I have been on!! Gonna do some day rides out of the Oliver area over the next couple days and then head back to Kamloops via Hwy 33 and Westside Rd.
