    Horn bracket broken

Hello, the horn bracket on my Honda 919 broke. Could someone point me to a place where I could buy another bracket? I checked ebay and found brackets, but not this one. I guess there are shops around that might be selling brackets (not specifically this one)? Ordering a 'part' for this seems overkill.

    Thanks!

Note that this broke before, but was long enough for it to be reholed and reused.

Look the Honda part number up on Ron Ayers or some other parts website. Then, look to see if it was used on any other bikes that might be more common than a 919, and email Supersport bike wreckers in Langley asking for a horn mounting bracket for a 919/a couple other common models that use the same part number. It wouldn't surprise me if that is a pretty generic part and if it was used on a bunch of other Hondas he should have it.

Canadian Tire screw isle with the fencing brackets. There will be about a dozen that will fit for $1.50. Or you could find some flat bar, cut, drill two holes and sand. Maybe 20 minutes of work, tops.

That part is discontinued... the bike is salvage and you will have to start shopping.

Of course, that is if you can't figure out how to use a drill on a piece of metal.
