So got myself into some pretty major renos. I won't be moving in until renos are complete.
Pretty much everything is in play:
Kitchen, bathrooms, scraping popcorn ceilings and wallpaper, major painting in and out, flooring.
Furnace and ducting, roofing etc etc.
Should be very minimal plumbing, framing, or electrical (besides replacing all lights, switches and plugs).
90% sure I'll be using a general contractor but sourcing many of the materials myself.
I've got some knowledge and resources but because of the all encompassing scope of work,
I would welcome any tips, tricks or suggestions.
