So apparently this couple in sometown Quebec (Laval) find their beloved Chihuahua (Mister Albert) going into life-arrest, so they chuck it into the car to speed him to their local vet. He's (the male of the couple) driving as she's giving him (the dog) 'mouth-to-mouth' ... and while en-route they get pulled over by Officer Principles because he clocked them going 107 in a 70 zone.
The officer escorts them to the vet, but then writes the driver (him) a 3 point/$258.00 ticket, while she takes the dog in to see the vet, but Mr. Albert dies anyway.
The couple wish to fight the ticket, because they were speeding (on public roads) while trying to save their beloved poochie, which the officer wrote because of principles (the law is the law) ...
Wuddy'all think - should the ticket stand (do they deserve it), or should the courts quash the ticket?
