First of all I dont' think eBay/Paypal will EVER ask you for this sort of information outside of their secure website. Second... I got this e-mail in a recently NEW e-mail account which I created AFTER signing up for eBay and Paypal... So both websites have no way of knowing about this new e-mail address.
Anyways, just be on the lookout. This e-mail might possibly be real but I doubt it. You could be sending your credit card info to somebody else over the internet.
