This is to get some ideas from you people, and maybe help out a lil with my patience. Completely run out of both.
To start off, who the hell would screw someone over for $500? Especially when they are local, and see you often.
Just letting everyone know how 'bertr1' does business.
I sold a leather coat to this guy, for $500. He, in turn, was going to arrange the purchase of a different coat from Duncan Motorsports. Says he can help me out with a good deal from them.
He asked me to ship the coat I sold him to a friend in Montreal, a "birthday present" he said. He wanted me to ship this coat BEFORE I received mine from him.
"Uhh, no." Was my first thought but, afterall this guy is local, and pretty regular on the board. No way he'd fuck me over. Holy shit have I been wrong. He then asked me to call Duncan and give them my credit card # in order to ship the coat out to me. Ok no problem. A respected dealership wouldn't fuck me over. They did, but not to their knowledge.
I suppose Luke (bertr1) told them to charge the coat to my CC. So I received the coat all relieved that things went down well...only to realize my fuckin credit card was charged the $6xx for the new coat.
2 bullshit months later... here I am. He is ignoring every attempt to fix this crap.
How should I further handle this ppl?
