For anyone that has only ridden at Pitt Meadows Track Days and/or Mission and is a bit nervous or intimidated about riding at a "big" track just put your mind at ease. Remember, it's similar to riding your bike on the street, only safer and more fun. Just set your own pace, ride tight lines through corners and have a blast.
A rider that I know that only had a few days experience at PMTD and went to the Ridge for the first time last year. She said she absolutely had the time of her life and it was literally the second best day of her life besides her wedding day. To this day she can't stop grinning when she talks about it.
2Fast is a great trackday provider, my friend Mark DeGross and his staff run an excellent day. I highly recommend taking the 2Fast truck ride around the track in the morning where Mark stops and talks about every corner. It's a great opportunity to have a close up look at the track, the conditions and pick up some valuable pointers on lines. Even though I've ridden the track countless times, I still take the ride.
I also recommend taking the 2Fast School, Mark is a great instructor and has years and years of experience.
Btw, when signing up on the 2Fast website type in "Spero sent me" in the Comments at the bottom of the page. Apparently it's supposed to give people VIP treatment or something. Lol!
Also, for those people that have been asking about coaching with me, I'm allowed to take on a few students of my own so just PM me or text me if you have my number. Unfortunately I can't go Apr 11 or 24 though.
