    Apples and oranges my friend. Max is talented to be sure and to be up there at almost 45 years of age is remarkable. No question about it.

    He's fit and as a test rider has done thousands of laps of Misano, and the new and smooth asphalt suits his style very well. Max has full factory support from Aprillia and as a wild-card he also has the advantage of being able to adjust gear ratios where the regular riders in the paddock aren't allowed.

    Looking forward to the race tomorrow. Max has qualified on the 2nd row between Rea and Torres.
