For f*&k's sakes people ride smart around other vehicles! An example....you're coming up to an intersection/driveway/a 3-way...whatever...if there is a car around be prepared to get hit..yes hit...think of the worst and have a plan to avoid that potential scenario of getting nailed. If you're coming up on someone and they have no signal...or lefts are not permitted, don't assume you are ok, be prepared if they turn in front of you, does it really matter in the end.....NOOO you're gonna die. Slow down, be prepared to hit the brakes, look for clean pavement at every intersection...don't they teach this stuff at the schools?? s&^t thats all I remember them telling me.
OK, you can't avoid being T-boned, but "they turned in front of me"..those are lame excuses. Slow down, make YOURSELF be seen, so that they CAN SEE YOU, and then they won't.....but if they do, you have already thought of that, and since you're on a bike and can stop from 60 to 0 on a dime and since 'your' line is 'clean' and no one is on your rear cause you check for that all-the-time, you will live all the time.
ok, im done, im just choked a rider lost their life over something that could have been avoided.
