So with 5 PMTD under my belt and moved up to Intermediate, I'm starting to hang off a lot more. And for the next few days I can barely walk, my quads hurt so much. I must be doing it wrong?*
I guess I was putting most of my weight on the inside leg, one of the safety riders gave me some tips about actually using my other leg to "hang" from the tank kind of. So what's the split? Most of the weight on the upper leg, against the tank? How much weight on the lower leg?
I figure it's also different muscles getting used to hanging off for 75km (and not as young as I used to be), but any tips are appreciated.*
