just got back from a crazy roadtrip through the canyon and partyin' in kelowna...with some interesting lil' events that could seemingly only happen to me.
1: road closed due to forest fire. they eventually guided us through, and it was quite the sight to see little fires at the side of the road, growing in size and intensity as it crept up the side of the mountain; near the top, an intense blaze of hellfire consuming the treetops in an angry orange swirl of sparks and flame, illuminating the whole valley as the greenery was being devoured and charred into smoldering ash. That was damn cool to see.
2: zoomin' along westside road, at a pace too quick to stop and smell the roses, the most horrible and unimaginable thing happens - I feel a very sharp and distinct sting in the worst place you could never hope to be stung - that's right folks, I got stung by a bee on the cock. I have no idea how the bee got in my pants, or what it was doing there...but lets just say it's a definate consentration breaker, and I pulled over to the side in a big hurry, dropping pants and jumping up-and-down in a 'holy shit, I've been stung on the cock' kinda way. My buddy zoomed past a few minutes later, but didn't stop, just had a puzzled look on his face. Later, he said he simply thought I had to pee REALLY badly, because of how I was jumping around like a maniac fiddlin' with my pants. All I gotta say, is, being stung in the jubbly SUCKS! (atleast yo mamma kissed it better!)
3: sleeping under the stars, I was awoken to a very strange entity clawing and grasping it's way across my cranium. Instantly shot up out of bed and combatted the unwanted tag-along, only to discover that I was apparently being 'attacked' by a bat. In reality, i was probably being 'saved' by the bat, assuming it was most likely after a mosquito near me, not out to suck my blood and drain my brains. Thanks lil fella, I should get a couple for bug-protection around the house. (and a praying mantis while I'm at it)
moral of the story: avoid being stung in the nuts at all costs.
