I stalled 2 times so far. Once on the hwy going to Surrey. I was using 92 octane gas, and went 188 km by that time. The second time was today, filled up again 92 octane and only went 155km. All of a sudden the bike stalls again and I have to pull over and turn it into reserve...the 98 6R should be able to go above 200km before filling up...
I went to RMS because it was kinda weird stalling after going 188 km, because my friend told me that the gas should last until 200-210, but th rep at RMS said that it looked fine, the oil level was fine, and everything else looked fine.
But my question is, does this have anything to do with the gas I am using; does it have anything to do with the way I am riding, cus I am always changing gears above 6000-7000 rpm; does it have anything to do with my engine, or gas leakage somewhere?
I am stumped and I hate stalling and needing to fill up every 2 days! I guess these past 2 weeks have been very nice out and everyone is riding, but still having to fill up every 2 days...isnt that a little 2 much?
Thanks for the much need help!
