Just pissed, and since I cant do anything else I've decided to leech up your precious time.
On the plus side while being handicapped in Whistler I bought various motorcycle magazines and Racer X has to be the best (by far) motorcycle racing magazine I have ever read.
PS. I also broke my elbow but need to keep it uncasted so I can retain future mobility
Smack in the middle of summer.
What happened anyway?
Get well man.
I was gapping the whoops when my fork topped out and I bit it right into the takeoff of the next one, needless to say I stopped a lot faster than my 'lil bones could handle. luckily I was wearing my chest protector and elbow aswell as shin guards or I may not have been sitting here right now, the protector is totaled and all of my pads are torn to shit.
Going to be really hard to convince my rents now that a higher speed two wheeled machine is safer, lol.
hope your better soon man
Ugh, that sucks.
I don't understand the significance of the second picture.
[big jump] + [?] = [broken arms]
I was going to use pic of just my bike as the first one but got lazy and used one of me on my old bike. Followed by a recent pic of me, but again I got lazy and used an older pic. Hence the screwup.
Btw. using a keyboard and mouse have just become insanely difficult.
Edit: I deleted middle pic.
Get better soon man. that's gotta suck
Damn, that looks rough. Did you say that you broke the elbow too? 'Cause I broke mine ('spiral crush fracture' they liked to call it) on a wee getoff two years ago. I had to have orthapedic surgery, they pinned it all back together. Worst pain I ever felt. And I'll never be able to straighten that arm completely. If you dodged that bullet you should thank your luck stars.
Of course I was probably going a little faster than you were
As usual, a knife-wielding maniac has shown us the way.
holy crow man.. coulda been way worse..
i remember last year on the free style course (i forget what its called.. biker x? maybe)..
those tables were so huge i came soooooooooooooooooooooooo close to eating shit.. i never rode it again after that.. and that same week a guy got a serious neck injury casing one of the tables
