First of all I am a newbie, or at least I consider myself to be one.
I went to action school, have my bike licence as of September last year, and am on my second bike already because some asshole stole my first one (2002 zx6r).
I am a very conscientious rider in the city but about 2 months ago, I took it beyond my limits at the Burrard Thermal Plant Road and low sided at over 80 kmph on a 20k turn.
I was stupid, but walked away with a small scratch on my knuckle (burned through my gloves), $6000 damage to my bike, and a dumb grin of disbelief at what I had done.
The worst part about the crash is that over 2 months later, I have ridden over 3000kms and still whenever I go around a 30 kmph turn, I tighten up. I get scared and have to slow right down.
How do I get over this fear?
Can you more experiened riders help me out here?
