Well, went with the group for a ride on the Nasco road in Quesnel.
Everything was great all day, nice twisty roads, not too much gravel, bike was performing great.
On the way back to Quesnel, took baker road (I think) with Lar in front, and Cory behind me.
Took a corner alittle 2 fast and low sided.
Rear tire started to slip and then the front alittle, knew this didn't panic, tryed to lean alittle more, hoping to make it. (almost done)
Foot peg started rubbing (First time ever, always wanted to rub a foot peg) while both front and rear tires were sliding, end of pavement coming, knew I wasn't gonna make it.
I was thinking the whole time, aww come on just alittle more..
hit the gravel and slid probley 30 or so feet, got up and saw cory in the ditch as well (he was behind me) but he only slid like 4 feet or something only a broken signal light, small crack on his fairing.
Glad to be alive, no broken bones, Just bought some Alpinestar boots on friday, (happened Sept1st Monday) They helped quite a bit as they took alot of the abuse instead of my shin.
As for me, I am sore, I'll live and the bike isn't all that bad..
I'll post a few pictures here, but its mostly on my website.
